All property listings, photos, prices, specifications, and RERA numbers are published directly by independent third-party users; therefore, Proplist Services Private Limited and its management assume zero responsibility or legal liability for any inaccurate, forged, or misleading data, title defects, property disputes, financial losses, or off-platform dealings between buyers and sellers. All buyers and tenants are strictly required to perform independent physical site inspections and verify all title deeds, 7/12 land records, and RERA approvals through qualified legal counsel before making any financial commitment, as the company never collects token funds or booking amounts on behalf of advertisers.

All payments made towards listing packages, subscription plans, featured upgrades, and banner advertisements on propertyelist.com are strictly and 100% non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances once activated, with zero promises or warranties regarding specific lead volumes, inquiries, or guaranteed property sales or rental closures. Furthermore, the portal administrators reserve the full, unconditional, and discretionary right to review, edit, modify, reformat, correct, or permanently delete any listing, profile, or media submitted by any user without prior notice or compensation to maintain portal quality standards. If any user, including a paid subscriber, provides false, fake, unauthorized, or deceptive information, Proplist Services Private Limited reserves the absolute right to immediately cancel the package without refund (payment remains 100% forfeited), permanently delete all associated listings, ban the user, and report the matter to law enforcement authorities.
